Who is responsible for your information?
YourDoor is responsible for this website and for handling enquiries sent to the YourDoor team.
For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email hello@yourdoordoors.co.uk or call 0113 238 1338.
Information we may collect
When you use a website enquiry form, email or call us, we may collect information you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, postcode or trading area, business name and type, enquiry details, correspondence and any door design or document you send us.
When you submit a website enquiry, we also record the YourDoor page and call-to-action route that led to the form, together with the referring page where available. This helps the team understand the context of your enquiry.
The website also processes limited technical and security information needed to deliver the service, validate submissions and protect the forms from spam or misuse. We may receive information from a YourDoor Trade Partner where you have asked them or us to coordinate an enquiry.
How and why we use it
- To answer homeowner, product and general enquiries.
- To assess and respond to Trade Partner interest.
- To take steps you request before entering into a business relationship or contract.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and protect against misuse.
- To keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
- To connect you with a relevant installer only where you ask us to do so.
We normally rely on legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract or compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the appropriate basis—for example, optional direct marketing—we will ask separately and you can withdraw it at any time.
Website enquiries and email delivery
General and homeowner forms are delivered to hello@yourdoordoors.co.uk. Trade Partner forms are delivered to partners@yourdoordoors.co.uk. The website sends you an acknowledgement so you know the enquiry has been received.
We use Resend to transmit these form emails securely and Google Workspace to receive and manage them. The website does not place form submissions into a separate customer database.
Website analytics
If you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregated page visits, acquisition sources, device and browser categories, key website interactions and successful enquiry journeys. This helps us improve the website and measure whether it is useful to homeowners and trade businesses.
We do not send your name, contact details, message or other form contents to Google Analytics. Analytics remains off unless you consent. Our legal basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. See our cookie policy for more detail.
Who we may share it with
We use trusted providers for website hosting, security, email delivery, optional website analytics and business administration, including our website host, Resend, Google Workspace and Google Analytics. They process information for us under their applicable data-protection terms.
We may share an enquiry with a relevant YourDoor Trade Partner where you have asked to be introduced or where this is needed to progress your request. We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we will require an appropriate legal safeguard.
How long we keep it
Our email delivery provider may retain delivery records and message data for a limited period to operate and secure its service. Enquiries received by YourDoor are kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage the resulting relationship, maintain necessary business records and meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.
We will securely delete or anonymise personal information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive certain information in a portable form, and withdraw consent. You can contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can investigate. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
External services
The Door Designer is provided by WindowCAD7 and opens over the YourDoor page using WindowCAD7 technology. When you launch it, the external provider’s own privacy information and terms apply. Review them before entering personal information.

We will review this notice whenever our services or use of personal information changes. Last reviewed: 6 October 2026.
