Website terms.

These terms govern use of the YourDoor website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

This website does not itself complete a sale. Any quotation, order, installation agreement, supply agreement or Trade Partner arrangement will be governed by separate terms provided by the relevant contracting business.

We aim to keep website information clear and accurate, but product images, colours, descriptions, availability and technical information are general guidance. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing variation may affect appearance. Final suitability, measurements, specification, availability and price must be confirmed in the relevant written quotation or order.

The Door Designer is an external WindowCAD7 service intended to help you explore options and create a design summary. A design or downloaded PDF is not a quotation, order, survey, guarantee of availability or confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular opening. Your Trade Partner must confirm the final details before an order is placed.

If you are already speaking with a YourDoor Trade Partner, send the design to that partner. If you ask YourDoor to introduce you to an installer, we may use your enquiry information as explained in our Privacy notice.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it unreasonably, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Unless stated otherwise, the YourDoor name, branding, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to YourDoor. You may view or print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use, but you must not reproduce, sell, republish or create misleading derivative material without written permission.

Links to WindowCAD7 and other external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to endorsement of everything on that external website.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, YourDoor is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information instead of obtaining the required survey, written specification, quotation or professional advice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with legal jurisdiction may hear any dispute. Consumers retain any mandatory rights concerning where a claim may be brought.
